For 20 years, I have been applying western research & eastern health philosophies assisting organisations, CEO's, ambassadors, professionals and world class athletes improve their performance and quality of life.
I have been personally using mindfulness since 2003 after being introduced to the practice in Thailand when studying Thai massage, yoga and Qi Gong. Since then I have qualified as a mindfulness facilitator with the Mindfulness Association and deliver for organisations such as Moment is Now and the Mindful Enterprise.
My 20 years in training martial arts has helped me develop as a coach, trainer and high performer and given me a deeper understanding of resilience and mindfulness. I am a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, former British & Scottish champion and co-founder of Prana Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
